Data analysis with rmarkdown, Git and GitHub

In advance of the course, please read the Introduction and ensure that you have Git, R and RStudio installed on your laptop. You also need to register for a free GitHub account

The course will start with brief lectures on Best Practice in Data Analysis, Git, GitHub and rmarkdown. Afterwards, I will demonstrate their use by creating a data analysis project called CAGE. I will suggest a similar project called RAGE for you to try.
